What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal™. All of our payments are handled through Paypal™ for your security
and peace of mind. You don't even need a Paypal™ account.

By special arrangement (phone or email), we also accept cash for local pick-up only.

Are my credit card details secure?
Absolutely! As all of our payments are processed through Paypal™, your card details are never even provided to us, we simply
receive a confirmation that you have paid and we then despatch your order.

I don't have a Paypal™ account. Can I still place an order?
Yes. Using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express, you can make an instant payment via the Paypal™ system without having
to set up a Paypal™ account.

Do you deliver to Mums in hospital?
Yes we do. Please see our Shipping page for more information on where we deliver to.

How long does it take to have an order delivered?
For local deliveries in the Perth Metro area, we use a courier service. Orders placed before 10.30am are despatched the same day,
most later orders are despatched the following business day. Depending on the delivery area, orders are normally delivered the
same day that they are despatched, although in rare cases to outlying areas they may be delivered the next business day.

For regional and interstate deliveries, delivery times will be similar to Australia Post delivery times. You can use the postage
calculator on their website Click Here and use the lodgement postcode 6112 to get an estimate of delivery time. A rough parcel
size of 60x30x30 cm and a weight of 4kg should work for the postage calculator.

For international shipping, it will depend on what type of service is requested and a shipping quote is definitely required.

What is the postage cost for regional and interstate orders?
At the moment we are offering a special flat rate delivery charge of $15.00 to anywhere in mainland Australia. If you fall outside
of this area, simply email us at shipping@sweetexpressions.com.au or phone us on 0468 692 452 and we will be able to provide
a shipping quote for you.

I need an Urgent delivery. Can you help?
If you require an urgent delivery, simply call us on 0468 692 452 and we will do everything we can to assist you.
