Local Pick Up

All orders can be picked up from Armadale, WA. Simply type 'Pick Up' or similar as you complete your order and leave a contact number on the
checkout page, or call us on 0468 692 452 to arrange collection of your order. Our system will charge you the $15 delivery fee, but we'll cheerfully
refund you in cash when you pick up your order.

Local Delivery (Perth Metro Area)

All of our local deliveries are made by courier at the flat rate of $15.00 per order. Delivery is normally made either the same or next business day,
but depending on when the order is placed, some outlying areas may take two business days on rare occaisions.

Delivery can be made to a private residence, business or to a hospital. Our courier will attempt to deliver the parcel direct to the addressee
wherever possible, but depending on the business/hospital, some parcels may have to be left with reception/receiving.

When specifying delivery to a hospital, please ensure to include the recipients name, ward and room number as well as the hospital. It is your
duty to ensure that Mum and Bub are still going to be in hospital when the delivery is made, or a re-delivery fee will apply to deliver the parcel to
another address.

Regional WA / Interstate

At the moment we are offering a flat rate delivery fee of $15.00 to anywhere in mainland Australia. Delivery will be made by either courier or
Australia Post, depending on your location.

Authority to Leave

For local deliveries and interstate deliveries via courier, you may enter the code 'ATL' or the words 'Authority to Leave' on the checkout page as
you complete your order. If the recipient is not home when the courier arrives, they will leave the parcel in as a discrete and secure position as
possible, however we cannot be responsible for any parcels stolen or damaged after being left in this way.

All Australia Post deliveries will use standard Australia Post practices.
